Products are available and shipping every day! We still have longer-than-usual lead times on barrels and complete uppers. However most components and small parts are in stock and available for same day or next day shipping. Please be sure to check us out for lower parts kits and many other components for your AR-15 build. The parts we offer on the website are the same quality parts we use in our own builds. Please check the Backorder List for a short list of items which are out-of-stock.

PLEASE NOTE: As of June 1 we are not accepting orders for Service Rifle Uppers. We are working to reduce the backlog in the shop, once it is back to a manageable level we take new orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We are still accepting orders for service rifle barrels, float tubes, and other components. In addition we are doing re-barrels and sight work for competition uppers, although lead times will be a little longer than usual. We also continue to take orders for Match Rifle Uppers and Varmint Uppers.
Those with existing orders are likely to experience longer lead times than were originally quoted. This is due to unexpected parts issues and the large volume of orders. We are working hard to get through the backlog of orders, but will not compromise on the quality you expect from White Oak.
Lead time – Parts orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days if the parts are available. Barrels are expected to be 4-6 months out and uppers are a minimum of 6 months.
Uppers – For orders placed prior to the recent surge in business we are beginning to miss some of our predicted delivery dates due to unforeseen parts availability issues. We apologize for the extended delivery time and are doing our best to get your upper to you as quickly as possible. However we will not compromise quality or use inferior parts to do so. For newly placed orders the lead time is expected to be a MINIMUM of 6 months.
ONLINE ORDERS: If your online order status says “Queued*” we have received your order. It may take up to two weeks for us to process your order. At that time you will receive an order confirmation via email. When we ship all or a portion of your order you will receive an invoice indicating which items have shipped. Products which are not available to ship will be placed on backorder. Backorders will ship when available in the sequence orders were placed.
Barrels and Complete AR-15 Uppers are shown on the website but cannot be purchased online. Please call to place these orders, we prefer talking to these customer to ensure we get your order right. If you are calling to place an order for Complete Uppers or Barrels, please be aware that delivery estimates are ESTIMATES ONLY. Due to the high volume of orders and potential parts availability issues we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Uppers will exceed 6 months, barrels are expected to run 4-6 months.
We ask that you minimize calls to our office to check the status of your order. In most cases we will not be able to give you a definitive ship date or parts availability.
Please do not place an order simply to find out if an item is in stock. All orders are considered final. Please see our cancelation policy.
