Match Upper
Thanks to some smart thinking at WOA this upper has all the
features needed for the HP competitor or the casual target shooter. But, it doesn't come with the compromises of mass produced uppers or the steep price of a custom one. The
26" barrel is turned from a match grade Wilson 1-8 blank, and the last 1.5" of
the barrel is turned to .750" diameter for the mounting of a front sight base.
The precision chamber is ideally suited to XC highpower competition. The forend
is machined to accept high quality Anschutz accessories, as well as most
American style handstops.
LOADED WITH:
· Barrel twist 1-8, length 26"
· Headspace controlled to no more than .001 over SAAMI minimum.
· Wylde chamber
· Top quality components used throughout
· Sights and sight bases available separately
· Available with your choice of 2" or 2.25" Float Tube
· Forends available anodized in several choices of color.
Note: All colors may not be available at all times.
· Barrel diameter 1" under handguard, .825 ahead of gas manifold, .75 for the last 1.5"
· Gas port moved forward 2" from standard location for proper functioning with
the slow burning powders and heavy bullets used in HP competition.
This reduces stress on the brass, as well as the longer forend giving
the rifle a much more balanced look.

.223 Varmint Upper
This upper is ideally suited for the small game or varmint hunter or even the informal target shooter. The 1-7 or 1-12 twist barrel is machined to W.O.A. specifications and will perform well with a wide variety of bullet weights. The optional straight fluting helps to reduce weight while the black White Oak Precision custom varmint float tube is ventilated to help cool the barrel. .204 Varmint Upper
This upper is ideally suited for the small game or varmint hunter and maybe even the informal target shooter. The .204 Ruger is currently the fastest commercial cartridge on the market, and our .204 upper uses a Premium Quality Match Grade 1-10 twist barrel that can be furnished in lengths from 20" to 26". A 32gr V-Max bullet traveling at a muzzle velocity of 4225 fps gives your AR-15 the long range performance that you have been looking for.
